When using our services, we may process first and last name, company name, address details, phone number, email address, payment details, event date, event location and additional preferences.

When you use the photobooth, photos, GIFs or boomerangs may be created. These images are intended for the client and their guests.

We use personal data to process and confirm bookings, perform our services, communicate about reservations or questions, and handle invoicing and payments.

We also process data when necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as fiscal retention requirements.

During events, Norella may take photos and videos of the photobooth, styling, atmosphere and moments around use of the booth.

These images may be used by Norella for portfolio, website, social media and other promotional communications.

Do you not want photos or videos of your event to be used for promotional purposes? You can report this in writing before or afterward via info@norella.nl. We will take this into account and will not use or will remove the relevant images where reasonably possible.

Photos, GIFs and boomerangs delivered digitally to the client are stored for a maximum of 30 days, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Invoice and payment data are retained for 7 years in accordance with fiscal retention requirements.

Contact details are retained for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is necessary or legally required.

Photos are stored for a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We only share data with third parties when necessary for our services, such as hosting, payment providers or administrative processing, or when legally required.

With parties that process personal data on our behalf, we make agreements to protect your privacy.

Our website only uses functional and analytical cookies where necessary to make the website work properly and understand performance.

We do not place tracking cookies without consent.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, request restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw consent.
